Breakfasts

In Mexico the traditional breakfast is a hearty meal where the main dish is usually prepared eggs in different ways, accompanied by chili beans and tortillas. Also usually, depending on the region, the Chilaquiles (tortilla chips cooked with salsa or cheese) or molletes (white bread with beans and melted cheese).

All breakfasts include: fruit or juice, toasted bread, coffe or tea
